Mike and Debbie Baker have been the pastors of VFF for the past 19 years and have been a part of this church since it's beginning in 1982.  During their years of ministry they have served in various church leadership positions, including worship leaders and senior pastors.  They have ministered to church congregations, youth groups, children’s meetings, men's and women’s meetings as well as international Bible schools.  They have been married since 1976 and have two adult children. 

Mike and Debbie have traveled extensively across theUSA, and other areas of the world including Indonesia, Fiji, Kenya, Nigeria and India.  They are passionate in their desire to see every person come into a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Through their combined efforts and unique down-to-earth styles, they work together to help each person at VFF reach their God-given purpose through relevant sermons, practical teachings, training, music and mentorship.  They work to ensure that every service proclaims the truth of the Gospel both Biblically and prophetically to the individuals and families in this community.  Together they are excited to lead Victorious Faith Fellowship, a church they believe will continue to make a positive impact on Harford County and beyond by loving God, loving people, and loving life.
