Senior Pastors Michael & Debbie Baker:

Pastors Mike and Debbie Baker have been the pastors of VFF since 1989 and have been a part of this church since it's beginning in 1982. During their years of ministry they have served in various church leadership positions, including serving as worship leaders, small group leaders, teachers of various Bible studies, and currently senior pastors. They have ministered to church congregations, youth groups, children’s meetings, men's and women’s meetings as well as teaching in international Bible schools. Pastors Mike & Debbie have been married since 1976 and have two adult children who, along with their spouses, are active members of the church. Pastor Mike holds a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies and both have received training in prophetic ministry.

Pastors Mike and Debbie have traveled extensively across the USA, and other areas of the world including Indonesia, Fiji, Kenya, Nigeria and India. They are passionate in their desire to see every person come to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Through their combined efforts and unique down-to-earth styles, they work together to help each person at VFF reach their God-given purpose through relevant sermons, practical teachings, training, prophetic ministry, music and mentorship. They work to ensure that every service proclaims the truth of the Gospel both Biblically and prophetically to the individuals and families in this community. Together they are excited to lead Victorious Faith Fellowship, a church they believe has and will continue to make a positive impact on Harford County and beyond by loving God, loving people, and loving life.

Youth Pastors Brandon & Morgan Baker:

Brandon and Morgan became the Youth pastors in November of 2009 and have seen their group grow from 3 teens to a steady attendance of 20 teens. Their heart’s desire is that every teen know the love of God to its fullest. They believe that if teens develop a deep, personal relationship with Jesus they can live a spiritually strong, empowering and meaningful life that positively impacts the lives of all those they encounter. Brandon and Morgan also have a heart for worship and have both been involved in worship ministry since their teenage years. They both remain active in the Sunday morning worship band where Brandon is one of the alternate worship team leaders. Brandon plays the drums and guitar and sings and Morgan plays piano and sings. They are both gifted songwriters with psalmist ministries. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a degree in Ministry through Portland Bible College. Morgan holds both an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Photography/Small Business.
